QuoteOps ("we", "us") is an early-stage product being built in Finland. This notice explains, plainly, what personal data we handle on this website and demo, why, who processes it, and your rights. We collect as little as possible, and the public demo is designed for fictional data only.
This website and demo are operated by Oy Ojer Ab (Finnish business ID 3246733-4), the data controller. Contact: hello@quoteopsai.com. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer; if that changes, we will update this notice.
For this website, the early-access form, and the demo lead form, QuoteOps is the data controller — we decide what we collect and why. In a future live deployment, where a participating service business uses QuoteOps to handle its own customers' enquiries, that business is the controller and QuoteOps acts as its processor under documented instructions. That live mode is not active yet; no real end-customer data is processed today.

The demo does not write your request to a spreadsheet, and QuoteOps never sends your demo request or result to any service business, never creates a real or binding quote, never sets a price or availability, and never automatically emails a quote to anyone.
To respond to early-access and demo requests, and to operate and secure the website. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and protecting an early-access product and replying to people who contact us, and, where relevant, your consent. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not use your inputs to train our or anyone else's models.
Some providers (for example OpenAI and Formspree) may process data outside Finland/the EEA, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers rely on the providers' safeguards, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses. We are still formalising this documentation, which is one reason the public demo is restricted to fictional data only until a full privacy review is complete.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose: contact details from the access form for as long as we are in touch about early access; demo inputs and technical/security logs for the short period our providers retain them for operation, security and troubleshooting. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and you can lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). To exercise any right, email hello@quoteopsai.com. There is no account to manage and no cookie wall.
We use only what's needed to deliver and protect the site (e.g. Cloudflare/Turnstile functional and security signals). No advertising or cross-site tracking.
Before QuoteOps processes any real end-customer data for a live pilot, we will put in place the necessary data-processing agreements, a sub-processor register, transfer safeguards, retention controls, security measures, and a Finnish privacy-law review. Until then, please keep all demo input fictional.
