The cost of a slow reply

In service work, the first clear reply usually wins the job.

When a request sits for hours, the customer has often already messaged someone else. How fast — and how clearly — you reply decides who gets hired, long before price does.

of customers hire the business that responds first.

more likely to qualify a lead when you reply within 5 minutes instead of 30.

Be the one who replies first

01

The request is not the problem. The work around it is.

Important details are missing. Replies are drafted between jobs. Follow-ups slip. Pricing rules live in someone's head. QuoteOps gives every request a clear path forward.

02

From incoming request to clear next step.

1

Request arrives

From a form, email, or message. The context stays together.

2

Facts are separated from assumptions

QuoteOps highlights what the customer actually said — and what still needs confirmation.

3

Missing information is clear

Ask the right questions before creating the wrong quote.

4

Your way of working is respected

Your services, service area, approval rules, scope boundaries, and communication style.

5

A clear draft is prepared

Professional, structured, and ready for owner review.

6

You stay in control

Nothing important is sent or promised without approval.

7

The next step does not disappear

Follow-ups, status, and outcomes stay visible.

You approve — or you don't.

ApprovedThe final control point
Nothing passes this point without you — not a price, not a promise, not a send.
AI drafts. You approve. Because a good quote is more than a good sentence.
03

Built for owners who do not want to lose control.

Your business is not a template. QuoteOps is designed to work around your rules, your services, and your approval process.

A calmer way to run the work behind the work.

Less searching through messages. Less rewriting. Less wondering what happened next.

QuoteOps begins where incoming requests need context, judgement, and approval — not just a fixed price. The first version is being shaped with early service-business partners.

06

Preparing for live customer data

QuoteOps is being designed for service businesses handling real customer requests, pricing logic and operational decisions. Before any live customer data is processed, the required privacy, security and data-processing arrangements will be in place.

Separate workflows

Each participating business will have its own workflow. Before live use, QuoteOps will document the applicable access, security and data-processing arrangements.

Owner-controlled rules

Services, limits and approval paths remain set by the business.

Clear approval paths

Nothing important is sent without a person deciding it should be.

Privacy review before live use

QuoteOps is being built around owner approval and data minimisation, with a privacy review before any real customer data is processed.

07

Questions, answered plainly.

Does QuoteOps send anything automatically?

No. It prepares a draft and surfaces what's missing — nothing is sent until you approve it. Owner approval is a principle, not a setting you can switch off.

Which languages does it work in?

Finnish, Swedish, and English. Replies are drafted in the language the customer wrote in, within the languages you've enabled.

Where do incoming requests come from?

Email, website contact forms, and WhatsApp — the channels service businesses actually receive quote requests through.

Is my customer data kept private?

QuoteOps is being designed so that each participating business has a separate workflow and its requests are not used as training material for other businesses. Before any live customer data is processed, we will put the required privacy, security and data-processing arrangements in place.

Is QuoteOps available yet?

It's in early access, being shaped with a small group of service businesses. Join the list to test the workflow and help steer it.
